分子蒸馏装置MolecularDistillationUnit分子蒸馏装置介绍 IntroductionToMolecularDistillationUnit: 分子蒸馏是一种特殊的液—液分离全自动提取浓缩机组技术,它不同于传统蒸馏依靠沸点差分离原理,而是与被蒸馏混合物的分子量的大小有关,能够实现远离沸点下的操作,分子量差异越大,分子自由程相差越大,馏出物就越纯。
这里的分子自由程(用λ表示)是指一个分子相邻两次碰撞之间所走的路程。
在高真空的条件下,液体混合物沿着加热板流动被加热,根据不同分子量物质的分子平均自由程的不同,它们在汽化表面与冷凝表面之间分子平均自由程的大小以及蒸发度也明显的不同,轻组分分子的分子平均自由程的大,而重组分分子的分子平均自由程小,使得轻组分恰好能到达冷凝板上面被冷凝,使其沿冷凝板留下;而重组分分子因达不到冷凝板而沿着加热板留下,从而将不同物质进行分离。
Moleculardistillationisaspecialliquid-liquidseparationtechnology.Itisdifferentfromtraditionaldistillation.Itdependsontheboilingpointdifferenceseparationprinciple,butisrelatedtothemolecularweightofthedistilledmixture.Itcanrealizetheoperationfarawayfromtheboilingpoint.Thegreaterthemolecularweightdifference,thegreaterthemolecularfreepathdifference,andthepurerthedistillate.ThemolecularfreepathhereλIsthedistancetraveledbetweentwoadjacentcollisionsofamolecule.Undertheconditionofhighvacuum,theliquidmixtureflowsalongtheheatingplateandisheated.Accordingtothedifferentmolecularaveragefreepathofsubstanceswithdifferentmolecularweight,thesizeanddegreeofevaporationoftheirmolecularaveragefreepathbetweenthevaporizationsurfaceandthecondensationsurfacearealsosignificantlydifferent.Themolecularaveragefreepathoflightcomponentmoleculesislarge,whilethemolecularaveragefreepathofrecombinantcomponentmoleculesissmall,Sothatthelightcomponentcanjustreachthecondensingplateandbecondensed,leavingitalongthecondensingplate;Therecombinantmoleculesareleftalongtheheatingplatebecausetheycannotreachthecondensingplate,soastoseparatedifferentsubstances.技术特点 TechnicalFeatures:分子蒸馏技术作为一种与国际同步的高新分离技术,具有其他分离技术无法比拟的优点:1. 远低于物料沸点的温度下操作,而且物料停留时间短;利于高沸点、热敏及易氧化物料的分离;2. 有效地脱除液体中的物质如有机溶剂、臭味等,对于采用溶剂萃取后液体的脱溶是非常有效的方法;3. 可有选择蒸挥发出产物,去除其它杂质,通过多级分离可同时分离2种以上的物质;4. 可有效地脱除轻分子物质(脱臭)、重分子物质(脱色)及脱除混合物中杂质;5. 其分离过程为物理分离过程,可很好地保护被分离物质不被污染,特别是可保持天然提取物原来的品质;6. 没有沸腾鼓泡现象,分子蒸馏是液层表面上的自由蒸发,在低压力下进行,液体中无溶解的空气,因此在蒸馏过程中不能使整个液体沸腾,没有鼓泡现象;7. 分离度高,高于传统蒸馏及普通的薄膜蒸发器;8. 容易形成连续化生产,操作简单;9. 分子蒸馏的蒸程短,分子平均自由程一般不超过25mm,能耗小。
10.进料罐可选实现预加热功能,预热温度可以调节;11.各个接口采用的是氟胶垫片进行密封,气密性好,如客户需要耐腐蚀可以更换成四氟材质。
