圆弧机注意事项：1、 正确摆放机器位置assemblethemachine2、 把要加工型材的定型带固定在圆弧机的桌面：fixthemoldonthetable:1)    根据需要加工的尺寸，测量出长度，然后固定外面的把手，注意把定型带的尺寸扣除（见录像1、2、3）Makesurethelengthaccordingtoyourrequst,fixtheboltonthetable.le*ethelengthofthemoldwidth.(ref;video1,2,3)2)    使用木质圆规，按照固定好的尺寸定位。
依次按照这个方法把别的把手都固定好。
（见录像4）Usethewoodencompassesefixthebolt.(video4)3)    把要加工使用的型材的外定型带固定在桌面上：注意要把45度角的那个边放在外面，用卡子卡住（见录像5、6）Fixthemoldonthetable,remarktheoutsideandinside,theangle45isintheoutside.(video5,6)4)    固定完一个定型带后在固定另外一个：使用一个小料头（长方形的），放在两个定型带之间，让他能自由活动，注意卡的不要太松也不要太紧。
（见录像7）Fixthetwomoldonthetable,h*ealittlepvcprofilebetweenthetwomold,andh*etheprofilecanmovebetweenthemfreely.(video7)3、 把定型带按照型材规格插入型材（见定型带，不要把上面的料头拿下来）Insertthemoldintothepvcprofile,accordingtothesample.4、 在加热槽内注入适量加热油，加热到105度，把型材放入加热槽，加热5分钟左右，到型材变软。
然后把型材取出，用螺丝刀钩住型材一头，拉到固定好的桌面的定型带内。
